Job Offers Job opportunity for local teachers

I have a job opportunity (5 days a week teaching children and adults for 240,000~ a month), but applicants are limited to Hyogo prefecture in particular situated around Akashi/Kobe. The school is near Ikawadani Station. I want to post a job advertisement, and have at many websites, but Is there a way to target teachers that are more local? Is there a website or publication?
