When I tried to convert my token into a pass, one of the problems was that the map that came with it (perhaps done by JTB, not JR) was not very helpful.
But once that is cleared, the pass was very easy to use. I think it is a great bargain.
Just make sure you don't lose it. My acquaintance lost her Europass in Europe and it was a major disaster.
