I am asking someone if i can do my intership at his farm.
I tried to translate it myself but i want to be sure.
Can anybody help me?

今は私はオランダの大学でオーガニック農業を勉強します。大学の名前は(my school)です。
大学一年生です。来年３月からインターンシップをしなければなりません。
海外インターンシップをしたいですが、(his farm)はどうと思いますか。
(his farm)でインターンシップしてもいいですか。

Does your farmer friend know about internships? Internships aren't part of the school life here in Japan, so I'm wondering if he will understand what you mean by internship, or if it will draw a blank. The word itself is somewhat known, but the details and logistics are not standardized by any means. For instance, are you seeking a paid position? Do you expect room and board? Is there a set number of hours? How long does your internship have to be for, etc... And I think a big obstacle may be your visa.
Apologies if all of these details are already clear to your farmer friend. But before we tweak your Japanese grammar, it will be important to know if he understands what you mean by internship. (And, I'm assuming he'll understand ウーフ also.)

ah That makes a lot of sense yes. I will give some more context then:
With internship i mean a half year internship unpaid or paid (not a nessesity).
The thing is i have done wwoofing at his farm before (ウーフ) . which means i did work about six hours a day before with accomodation and food. I just expect to be a full time worker at his farm as an intern for half a year.
I thought a visa for internship shouldnt be too hard if i have time for the application. I know i AM to late for the japanese scholarship called Manbukagakusho. So i probably have to pay my own trip and japanese lessons (thinking of things like Italki)

All of that info is good, but you need to tell Mr. Farmer. Also, I think its crucial that you figure out the visa situation, as it will be more complicated than wwoofing, and you can't expect Mr. Farmer to arrange a visa for you. As I mentioned, internships are not part of Japanese life, so there is no "intern visa". A tourist visa only allows you to stay for 3 months (perhaps longer if you extend, but there is some risk that you will not be granted an extension). If you get paid, it is a further complication as there are visa and tax consequences.

So, I'll take a stab at the opening part of the letter, but I think your internship request will require some explanation, and perhaps a much longer, technical letter.

Fine - maybe leave off the exclamation point unless you two are cracking good friends
元気ですか？
Fine - maybe put お before 元気, like you did above with 久しぶり
去年は(his farm)でウーフしました。私のことを覚えていますか。
Consolidate this into one sentence, and put your name into it e.g. 去年、Mr. Farmerさんの農場でウーフしましたジェークサムズです、私のことを覚えていますか？
今は私はオランダの大学でオーガニック農業を勉強します。大学の名前は(my school)です。
Again, consolidate this a bit 今はオランダの(my school)大学でオーガニック農業を勉強しています。
大学一年生です。
Leave off the 大学 since you've already said you are attending university.

The intern part I will leave you to take a stab at.
What is it?
How long is it? From when to when?
What you need him to provide you with?

I understand that getting a visa might get difficult. I live in the netherlands so a working Holiday visa(6 months) wont work like people from germany for example (Bastards! ^^)
So i am going to have to figure that out.

About the letter, thanks for editing. I see now what kind of mistakes i keep making in sentences.

Unfortunatly some problems have come up though, the farmer quit the farm, where i did Wwoof and started an independent farm.
