I'm going to Nagoya, Japan this December, need help

I am going to Nagoya to stay most likely, and I was wondering what would be the cheapest way to stay for about 2 weeks. I know that cheap may not be possible at all. I thought Japan may have hostiles or student homes for travel?

I doubt you'll find any hostiles.

Check with the JNTO (Japan National Tourist Organization) and they should have listings on youth hostels. Or, you can Google Japan youth hostels.
