I phone 4 lost outside japan

Hi, I need a help regarding my lost iphone 4 (softbank). I came to Rome,Italy from tokyo for few days. Here in Rome I lost my iphone 4 (softbank) today. I think someone stole it from my pocket in a crowded bus, I don`t think I will find my phone back. I want to know what is the procedure to get new softbank iphone. I had got that stolen iphone one year back on softbank contract. I had also signed some insurance contract that time. I`m not sure that insurance contract works for lost/stolen phone. how much extra money I have to pay to get new iphone (softbank)?
