Try solving the previous tests
here.
If you have any trouble with them, feel free to ask - I have solved some of the problems of the 2008, 2009, and 2010 tests with the help of my friends and my math teacher, and there are probably others who are much better than me
(As I am not that good either)
Also, learn differentiation (derivating/integrating), if you haven't learned it in school (I had to ask my classmates to teach me, and spent about 2-3 days before the test learning it, trying to solve problems all day)
Also, as you can't use anything during the test (no calculator either!), make sure to learn the different theorems and formulas. As one can see from the test, they like to give problems about triangles, as many theorems can be applied to them - so you need to know which one you need to advance.
I would also be interested in the Universities though, both faculties sound appealing to me as well
I can't say for sure, but as and undergraduate applicant I was told that I'd most probably get the final result in December, and the embassy's home page says December-January. As for the test, I was called a week after the written test, and about 3 weeks after the interview with the results.
I hope I could help somewhat, and good luck!
