hi . im 18 years old an well what brought me here was that one day i woke up wanting to learn japanese, i've always love languages(i speak english as u can see)my mother tongue is spanish(wich is beautiful)and im learning german and french ,and well i started to like japanese also because i love an anime that some of u may know wich is saint seiya ,and i wanted so much to be able to understand it in its real language ,after that i started to also get interested in the country, because its a very rich culture, their traditions, the fact that they though they are very occidentalized(?)nowadays ,they also keep their ancient traditions and that also calls my attention.but i'm in two minds.because i'm also a little bit discouraged 'cause i've been told a lot of things of japan (such as that it's very hard to be "accepted"(by this i mean be part of,that is a very "close" society )and i don't know if they are true or just cliches, and i would like to hear some personal experiences of people who actually speaks japanese and has live among japanese people and their culture.i plan to live abroad within a few years after i get my degree and i was thinking about europe(germany maybe)or japan ,any advice? i would appreciate it.thank u!
