Help with ww2 japanese flag kanji

This is just my personal impression, but it's questionable.

second one
The recipient is 山本利夫 Yamamoto Toshio, and the main senders are 陸軍大佐 八木雄馬 Army Colonel Yagi Yūma and 青木覚治 Aoki Kakuji. (Judging from quick google search results, it seems that Army Colonel Yagi Yūma really existed).

third one
The recipient is 岡田穂積 Okada Hozumi, and the main sender is 島根青年師範学校長 石黒立 the principal of Shimane Youth Normal School Ishiguro ? (the reading of his given name is uncertain). He was at the position from April 1944 to March 1946, so the flag was sent sometime between April 1944 and the end of the war (August 1945).
The three stamps are 出雲大社 Izumo-taisha, 武内神社 Takeuchi-Jinja and 平濱八幡宮 Hirahama-hachimangū. All these shrines exist in Izumo city, Shimane prefecture.

The correct direction of the flag:

The slogan at the top is indeed 必勝 "certain victory", but there's no signature around there. The recipient's name and main senders' names are written on the right side, next to the right end slogan 七生報国 "serving the country over seven lives/if he is reborn seven times, he will serve the country (by destroying enemies) every time he is reborn".
