Help with sentence structure about where things are

So my sensei said she'd do an example, but she didn't and I've been gone, and there is an oral tomorrow, so I was wondering if ya'll could help me with some sentence structure for this stuff.
I need to say
-Where your dream house is located (city-wise)
-What's around it (left-right)
-What's in front of it (Mae?)
-If there's a garden (Niwa wa arimasen?)
- What can be found in your house (Neko to inu imasu?)
-Adjectives about it

I tried looking in my book (ima 2) but it's very unhelpful for this assignment.

If I were to say, "My dream house is in Tokyo," is this correct?

Perfect!
You can also use 理想の家[いえ]. There is crossover in the meaning of いえ and うち, but いえ is more close to house, and うち is home.

Thank you very much! I needed some clearing up as to the nuance difference of ie and uchi.

Interesting. I remember reading somewhere, don't know where so I'm not sure it should be trusted, that uchi just means "home" where as ie is used for "my home".

That's because ie is also used in a sense rather than just referring to the physical building itself. It can also mean household/family/"clan".

Consider the use in terms such as 本家 and 分家 and as a collective indicator after family names, and indeed as a component of the word 家族 in order to get a better idea of the concept of 家. Although we usually translate it as "house" or "home" in English, that really doesn't give a complete or exact sense of how it is used in Japanese,

Even in an office setting 'Uchi no dare desuka?' can be used for "Who do you want to see?" referring to we (to one's in-group, i.e. company, etc.)

Yea, I've seen that as well. Quite funny actually, I just read a sentence that read うちの猫......
