You've probably seen my thread about studying robotics in japan
My intended plan is to do a 1.5 year course at a "Japanese language school affliated with Tokyo University of Technology" > jst.ac.jp/us/index.html
From there i will then do a 2year robotics course at their college Nihon Kogaikuin- there is sopposed to be an entrance fee waiver system :
Entrance Fee Waiver System
For those who have graduated from this school and entered Tokyo University of Technology, Nihon Kogakuin College, Nihon Kogakuin College of Hachioji and Nihon Kogakuin College of Hokkaido which are the sister's schools of Katayanagi Institute, the entrance fee and selection fee will be waived. But please be aware that those who entered to the sister's schools during enrollment in the Japanese language course at this school are not eligible for this system. Please contact the Center for International Exchange for inquires.
I've contacted them and asked some questions:
5) If i go to the language school, will i have to pay money to enter the college?
6) After Nihon Kogakuin college how much will i have to pay to enter Tokyo University of Technology?
Hope You can help me with the answers to these questions, this is my dream.
and i got the reply:
5.The cost of the university is necessary besides the cost of Japanese language
school.
6.The cost of the NinonKogakuin College is about 24000 US$ for two years.
The cost of the university is about 28000 US$ for two years.
The effort is there but i just don't understand the message and i don't wanna burden them too much with my emails.
Now i'm hoping theres someone on this forum who knows anything about this school, i'm finding out this early because i have to support myself finacially and the waiver system would be awesome. Is the entrance fee different from the total payment?
