Hello everyone, my name is Monica, and I am applying for the MEXT 2014 undergrad scholarship. I'm not sure if I'll get it or not, but I hope I do! (Any tips from past scholarship grantees or those currently filling out their applications is appreciated!)
I really want to travel the world one day, and Japan is the first country on my list because it was the first country I ever heard about (back when I was like five and I was only just beginning to grasp the concept of 'countries' and just how big the world is).
I love hearing other people's stories (short or long) and I love learning new things. My hobbies are listening to music, reading books and comics, watching movies, and drawing. I graduate High School at the beginning of June, and I am attending a local community college come August.
I'm a little bit shy, but I like making friends, and learning about the world! If you would like to talk, feel free to message me!
