are there real japanese people in japan on this site?

i have been studying japanese culture, religion, and history for my class in school, and am currently writing a paper on japan.

Yes I think there are a few Japanese that look at JREF frequently. There are also foreigners that have lived there for various periods of time and some foreigners that continue to live there.
