Welcome to the forum.

From what I've experienced with Japanese food, yes I have enjoyed most of it.
We are lucky enough to have some nice asian markets with in about an hour from our house, and have started to learn to make them for ourselves too!
Last night we had unagidon!

bathing another piece of sashimi in that tasty mix of soysauce and wasabi with my right hand, the left helping my enthusiasm maintain its high peak with Yebisu beer...I'm lovin' it!! Oh yes...I love most of it...just please don't pass me any of that 'doesn't-make-you-lose-weight' natto.
