I am trying to reset my password and keep getting an error message to try again, but it keeps telling me that it is a reasonably strong password but they cannot comfirm it and I should try again. What is this?

You need to fill in (1) your current password and (2) your new password and (3) confirm it. If you use an iPhone or iPad, your device (not our forum) might suggest a "reasonably strong" password, or you could choose another password. If this error persists, please send a screenshot.
