Which of these could be used?
(a) He'll probably go to America by summer next year.
(b) Probably he'll go to America by summer next year.
(c) He should be going to America by summer next year.
(d) He'll have gone to America by summer next year.
(e) He'll have been to America by summer next year.

I think they're all valid except for B, though B would be used in some informal contexts anyway. I would note that there aren't many contexts where D and E would be used. It's emphasizing your future past experience, if that makes sense, and it's not common to want to emphasize that for travel.

I would say C is wrong. It doesn't make sense to me. I don't think the future progressive in combination with "by" makes sense, or using it with "going to" to refer to travel to another country. "Should have gone" would be fine.
