My translation:
''This chance of discovery can make us laugh to General Takeda's
speech ''Meiwaku''!''
''Since Professor about to say that what will you do!?''

EDIT: I think I got the meaning but I want to know if those translations are literally correct. Thank you in advance!

Both are wrong. What do you think the meaning of those sentences are?

I'm confused. The story tell that 邪悪獣 can be born from human's hatred. So if he said ''troublesome'' the 邪悪獣 will be borned.

The second sentence shows it.

発見のきっかけ doesn't make them laugh. A fact that 発見のきっかけが武田長官の「メイワク」の一言だ causes it.
～てどうするのよ is blame, "You shouldn't ~ / Do not ~".
