Haggling

Heya, I was wondering, can anyone teach me some phrases on how to haggle in japanese?

Phrases like, "Will you take less for this?" "How about 30000YEN for this?" "Can you throw in anything extra?" and any other ones that you think will be useful

in japan, as I want a laptop that is unique to UK, japanese keyboard, and ultra portable, and cheap

Yeah, I must have had a real mind freeze on that one. What I obviously meant was Sukoshi takaku nai ? or nai desuka?
