omg that sounds awesome! For a long time I have been saying 'I must try making cheesecake' but I didn't do it yet... and I love green tea, so maybe I will check out this recipe!

That looks good! I always make cheesecake for boxing day, usually white chocolate and raspberry. Think I'll try this one instead this year - I never made shortbread base before either, which sounds nice

Although, 8 servings? Bet it doesn't run to that many in my house LOL
