Getting my Spousal Visa

Hey all, It's been a while since I have been around. Things are going good for me. I just need a little help. I am currently on a work visa and I need to change it over to a spousal visa. I just wanna make sure I have all my ducks in a row before going to the immigration office. Your advice would be much appreciated.
