Getting around-first time visitor to Japan

Unfortunately, I do not speak or read Janenesse.

I have read that all day and two day tours begin in Tokyo..and I would like to assess if an English speaking person would be able to get from SAGAMI ONO station to Tokyo by train? Are all the signs in Japanese?

Also, are there any group tours that begin near the SAGAMI ONO station?

Finally, for a first time visitor to Japan--which day tours from Tokyo would you recommend...

You can take Odakyu line from Sagami Ono to Shinjuku, then change to JR Chuo Line to get to Tokyo Station. It takes about one hour from Sagami Ono to Tokyo.
Most signs at train stations are written both in Japanese and English (plus Chinese and Korean at major stations.)

Sunrisetours by JTB is the most famous.
They have pick-up services from major hotels in Tokyo, you can go one of those hotels in Shinjuku (Hotel Century Hyatt, Hilton Tokyo, Keio Plaza Intercontinental, for example).

You can get from anywhere to anywhere by using the public transit system in Japan, it is really easy to use, very widespread, and convenient IMO. Very different from the public transit system in the USA...
