a way to increase yourself is also looking at other artist, just search at deviant and look at wips of artists you like You can learn a lot from it.
You're drawings have the charistics of the artists cause you pay attention to the shapes of eyes, lips and nose. But due to that the anatomy is off they look kind of childish.
But really keep trying you got a good start.
