I hope he reads the Japanese link I included. Unless he has jumped through the bureaucratic hoops...which I doubt...what he is doing is illegal. (Not that he would ever get busted for it, but still).

Meh, my issue with it is that some poor chump is getting paid 2K JPY to sit for three hours with a salaryman and try to talk in English. As a Jew, if I were to offer a rent-a-Jew service I'd charge a hell of a lot more.

That is a very tautological tautology.
You overlook the fact that that the main reason anyone would come to a Jew to rent-a-Jew because they would expect you could get them one wholesale....
