This is show is from Quebec and its called Just For Laughs. Almost no words, just gags. Several seasons of it. This is from season 9.

Great thing is, you can watch this with anyone. No language barrier. Some bits are funnier than others though. And I do like the pranks are pretty harmless and its always the pranker who gets hit with anything.
