Hey everyone,
I just bought a book on business Japanese, and am going through the formal greetings section. I came across this phrase:
この度、こちらにお世話になることになりましたコールと申します。
I know お世話になりました means something like "thank you for helping me" or "thank you for everything", but I can't figure out what that whole お世話になることになりました means. Is it just a set phrase? If so, when should/shouldn't it be used?
Cheers!
