Fitness equipment in Japan

I am looking for a relatively compact fitness equipment I can keep at my apartment. This fitness equipment is to tone my arm, upper body, and abs (if it can do for the legs, it's better). I have one extra room (which has a tatami floor) I am not using and I would like to put that up in that room. Even though I checked up some department stores nearby, I have not been able to find any fitness equipment.
Can someone suggest the store and type of the equipment?

You know, honestly considering the insane price of equipment in Japan I would simply get a pair of adjustable dumbbells that you can add and remove weight to. Maybe a few small ones for other exercise. If you want to splurge, go for a medicine ball for the ab exercises.

Other than that, look into a gym. Dumbbells should get you plenty of exercise if you use those in combo with a decent work out. It is working just fine for me.

Still... you'll get way farther with your money (and body) with just a pair of dumbbells and a good exercise routine. Especially in confined spaces in Japan when you don't have room for a small gym in your house.
