feel sick/ill/bad

Can all the sentences have the same meaning?
(a) I've been feeling sick since I woke up this morning.
(b) I've been feeling ill since I woke up this morning.
(c) I've been feeling bad since I woke up this morning.

1 & 2 are the same, but I'd be careful with 3. "Feel bad" tends to have more emotional connotations. Instead, use the phrase "not feeling well" to imply illness,

(d1) I've not been feeling well since I woke up this morning.
(d2) I haven't been feeling well since I woke up this morning.

Yes, but I haven't is the more common expression, in American English at least.
