I'm come from Indonesia and has experience in Food and Beverages and have a strong financial backgroud.
Today, japanese food are very popular and favourite in Indonesia, for example Ikkousha and Ikkudo Ichi (pork ramen) are in highly demand, sometimes you should queue for more than 30 mins to get a table.
I wonder if there's some more similar brand in Japan selling food and currently booming in Japan (street food, ramen, etc).
Any information and input will be much appreciated.
