I need help to translate this because my kanji skills are too bad...
Please help me. I totally failed trying to translate it.

Otherwise, I suggest that you look for a professional translator in your neighbourhood.

I tried but I can't figure out the kanji because it's printed. It would help me a lot if somebody could just write furigana on top of the kanji. Then I could try to translate it by myself and look up the vocabulary.
I didn't want to use this forum as a free translater, sorry!

You could get an electronic version like this: download the trial version of "Yomitori Kakumei" (a Japanese Optical Character Recognition program) and run it on your image. The download is the yellow button here:

It works incredibly well, I've used it in the past to do things like this.
Alternatively there is an OCR built in to Microsoft Office, but it's much clunkier and less accurate.
