What are the best Ekiben in Japan? and from what prefecture?

Here are a few sites with Ekiben rankings, etc... Personally, I'd like to try the Kōshū Wine Lunch from Yamanashi (listed on that first site). If I'm leaving Tokyo by Shinkansen, I usually opt for the desult0ry Makunouchi bento or tonkatsu bento just past the ticket gates to the right Tōkai honsen.

A hobby of mine is to get of at different stations in the country side and just try all the different ekibens haha. I always go with one other friend so we can stuff ourselves with as much as possible. If you're visiting Japan, get the JR Pass so you can get on and off shinkansens without extra charge!
