Hi. "Eメールが多いから（名前）からのメールを見てなかった。Eメールを少し消さなきゃ" Your sentence is pretty good, except "し". Other alternatives would be; メールの受診箱があふれかえっていて、（名前）からのメールに気づきませんでした。メールを少し整理しなくちゃ。
