and yeh i had some offstage clips where kaoru is faking shooting to him and shinya is smiling all the time
besides he sometimes is barely smiling when he's with miyu (i love pics where they're together ....)

Just thought I'd share this with you...

Improve arms? Lie on your front on a bench (not a park bench one of those exercise ones), one weight in each hand, then lift your arms straight out (like you were flapping your wings, lol) to the sides, slowly, repeat x 10, rest, repeat x 10 again and however many times you can.

I love arm exercises. It's probably some kind of weird mental disorder

Izumi has the bestest arms...
 
yeah - all drumers have awsome arms - even shinya (who's so skinny) has nice ...
but i'm not sure if izumi has the best arms.... i think i've seen better
