Double Eyelid Surgery

Could anyone recommend a good cosmetic surgeon as I plan to get my eyelid done in Tokyo? Or probably anyone can advise a famous & good doctor in Jujin hospital?

You might want to take a ferry to Korea for that. It's much cheaper and surgeons there are known worldwide for their skills.

Sorry for being ignorant, but what is 'double eyelid surgery'? And while we are on that note, what the heck is wrong with all these people out getting plastic surgery? Recently came across a piece where a 16yr old girl was begging her parents to sign the consent for for a nose job! what?!?
