Do I have the right translation?

I've searched for the translation of the Japanese words: Kiogo and Kaigo.
Just for my assurance could someone help me out to make sure I have the right translation in to English (Dutch)?
In my understanding Kiogo means Water.
And Kaigo means care to the optimum of standards.

Kaigo 介護 does mean "care" , usually of the sick or the elderly.

I cannot think of a word pronounced "kiogo", even something not related to water.
Where did you find the word "kiogo"? Any context?

Kiogo is a word I found on the internet but was mistaken by me to be Japanese...
Is there a different Japanese word then for optimal care of the body, mind and soul?

I don't believe there is any Japanese word that can describe such meanings in a single word.
