Disappearing Posts

I've had a couple of what I consider to be important posts disappear on me. Is this some kind of functional error or is it that I have mistakenly broken the rules? An explanation would be greatly appreciated from one of the esteemed moderators.

It is more than likely a deleted post.
If you look to the top right hand side of the screen there is a blue box. Click the part saying 'Private Messages' if the 'unread' bit is bold with a number more than 0.

Moderators normally send you a PM when they delete a post.

If this isn't the case, then it is probably a problem with the board.

Paul, you'll have to forgive me...I just can't (and maybe others too) seem to get around to PMing everyone tonight...it's rather cramped inside this terminal, and the heat is pretty high, so...I just hope you'll bear with us until we can get this fixed. Thanks. Mars Man
