We apologise for the outages tonight (from 9:30 p.m. JST) due to global issues at Cloudflare.

It seems to be working now but some major players are still down.

JREF working fine for me. Twitter was buggered for a few hours. Seems to be OK now.

I'm prejudiced ; whenever something goes wrong on the internet , I think Russia , China or North Korea are up to no good , LOL.
