Closed thread?

The thread about the Soviet contribution in the Pacific war got closed "until further notice" before I could click the "submit" button. What does "until further notice" mean? The thread will be reopened or should I post my reply here? I found it strange that I have to start a new thread in order to answer my opponent on topic.

Due to the posting style of some posters in that thread, I have decided to close the thread, and discuss it with the other staff members before it will go out of hand even more.

I apologize that you aren't able to post there at the moment. Hopefully I will be able to open that thread this weekend.
