An accident that happened right in front of me this morning in Tokyo. The video is from the recorder in my truck.
Notice that the JGSDF vehicle hit the downed scooter at least twice, and kept right on going on his merry way.
The audio, in case anyone is wondering, is from an old radio program from late 1942. I was listening to it at the time. The "How do you do?" seems perfectly timed. The voices are The Mad Russian, Eddie Cantor, and Ida Lupino.
