Camping sites MAP!!

Hello all
I have an english streetmap of Japan.
What I need is a good streetmap indicating campsites. If it is in Japanese characters only, that is OK.
during my last campingtrip I had a hard time finding campingsites from the road.
I read that Mapple touring should be fine.
Who has other options?
And how and where can I buy them?

what versions (of Touring GO!GO) do I need for a trip from Osaka to Tokyo?

The route which goes from Osaka to Tokyo has it of a plural number.
