C-blocking is when one person tries to prevent another person from making progress with a girl. It is done by
1) ridiculing the guy who is making progress with the girl
2) messing up the karma (mood) by doing or saying something rude or weird
3) restricting immigration
4) staring
5) spreading false and ugly gossip about the person or group of persons.
C-Blocking is most often done by
1) Dorky guys who are jealous
2) The fat friend of the cute girl
3) Old biddy's
4) Oji san
5) Other petty and jealous people who don't mind creating and thus recieving negative karma.
In my life experince of 35 years I have never ever seen worse C-blockers than J-guys.
They are accutely aware of the proximity between myself and a Japanese girl. If I move one centimeter closer to a J-girl, by God they know it and are measuring the distance with their eyes at all times. If there is a cute girl on the train, and I look for more than an instant they also look at her so as to create a scene because that is their strategy....to create an embarrassing scene so as to sabotage.
Peter Parker's spidey sense is quite dull and sedate compared to the J-guys ability to hear through walls and see around corners when it comes to a foreigner and a J-girl.

Typical story that has happened to me at least 50 times. I see a cute girl. I want to meet her (not to take her home and have sex, as J-guys would have everybody believe, but to ask her for coffee or dinner). I say "hello". She stops and looks delighted and replies "hello". I ask her name and we exchange names. The petty, jealous J-guy who doesn't know her at all, stops his life, and stops and stares, and stares. The stare is trying to mess up the mood and karma so as to sabotage the my otherwise successful efforts. The stare says "you are a race traitor"...... "you are a wh***"...."if you don't stop talking to that gaijin, and making me jealous, I am going to confront both of you, and I will win because the racist Japanese police will support me because they feel exactly the same kind of wicked jealousy".
And it usually works because most Japanese women are afraid of the corrupt Japanese power structure and they won't stand up against it. And a lone gaijin obviously can't.
The Japanese guy wins.....everybodybody else loses.
