hello,
i plan to buy mansion or house in tokyo, and rent it out, but i would like to know where (area) is best to buy and well be easiest to rent out some of the rooms , and i plan to pay it full price at time of buying , what are requirement to buy mansion in japan for foreigners ?

tourist visa, but i plan to spend summer and spring breaks in japan so does my brother who live in usa right now ,
