Hello,

Iam new member on this site and wish to hear from anyone that can give me any honest assistance on purcahsing land in Okutama, far western Tokyo?

Is it possible, is it available,average price per sq meter, contact I get speak, email in English etc etc

Would be greatly appreciative for any assistance.

Look at the first 2 collumns for land size and price. Bear in mind this is a new development and that's not going to be tje cheapest price you could gt land for.
Oh, this is for a place next to okutama. the next station actually.
Should give you an indication of price per sq metre.

I'm going to sound like a Tokyoite, but I think you'll be lucky to find an English speaking realtor in Okutama.
