Is this exactly what you're saying??Hi,
as a waiter I have to deal with breakfast and would like to know how to tell people when (and where) breakfast is served. I usually say something like:
Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am (on the rooftop)
thank you so much!
Also, it'd be great to tell people till when the bar is opened and if I can show them the way to it.
The bar is open from 3pm to midnight. May I show you the way to the bar?
thanks

"megashite"? What you were supposed to say might be "meshiagatte/omeshiagari(召し上がって/お召し上がり)" or the honorific of 食べる, by any chance?yes it is a buffet breakfast. In fact I would invite people helping theirselves by saying:
douzo megashite kudasai
7時[shichi-ji]: seven (o'clock)ok, does it read like this?
"Restautant rooftop" de, choushoku wa nana-jikan kara juuichi-jikan made desu
朝食[Choushoku] sounds more formal.is there any differences between choushoku and asa gohan ??
If I were you, I would say Do you think I could prevent from using English terms for Rooftop Restaurant and just say:
okujou no ryoriten de, choushoku...
"bar" wa gogo 3-ji kara gozen 0-ji made aiteimasuis this correct?
"bar" wa gogo 3-jikan kara gomen 0-jikan made akiteimasu
No. Bar is ニ弛ツー. 弭 does not serve liquor.again...could I use kissaten instead of bar ??
Finally, is this romanization ok?
go-annai shimashou ka? -> May I show you the way?
Could I say something like:
erebeetaa made go-annai shimashou as for Let me show you to the elevator
Generally, yes. Also, I could you the construction XX (sochira...etc...) made go-annai shimashou ka? to ask permission to show people to a target??
~~に・へご案内致します is fine as well. By the way, I'm confused about politeness at your place so I just initially give the standard script. And you don't always need a まで。go-annai shimashou ka? -> May I show you the way?

I cannot thank you all enough!!
o-kyakusama no hannou wa dou deshita ka?
。...o-kyakusama no hannou wa dou deshita ka?
how was people reaction?
well...we are not having many Japanese now (low season)...so I couldn't test it first hand yet :sorry:
お客様が到着する前に, 多くのテープを聞く練習ようにしてください。。...
Try listening to a lot of tapes before they get there...
ウェイター・給仕人に対しての日本語のフレイズ(ブック) ?? may be perfect....except for just this one glaring thing :
日本語の案内書 Probably appears at first blush to be guidebook or pamphlet published in Japanese.
NO. Replace it with a comma ? And so this is information you're writing in Japanese, right ?well I think it sounds perfect...could the の in the middle be removed?
NO. Replace it with a comma ? And so this is information you're writing in Japanese, right ?
I didn't check on the commonality of ウェイター vs. 給仕人 (imho), but any nuances need to be cleared first (imho).
