Are you confused with this ?

sup.. at my school I was given this nickname...... and when I 1st heard it I was confused and asked why they called me that. I know chan is what u put at the end of names for girls.. that's why when they called me danichan I got confused.. I later found out they call guys a name like that only when are close friends... my friend Shintarou is called shinchan.. he dosnt mind.. so i now kn ow, even if it sounds weird, its not a bad meaning... lol

I asked my friend Aya (the girl that gave me that name) she said its not uncommon amongst good friends to give names like that.. I was confused

All you have to remember is that if a policeman fishes you drunk from the gutter at 2am don't call him omawarichan
