Any quiz/trivia associations in Japan?

Hi!

I'm Seito, and I've just put a few words about myself in the introduction section.

I suppose this is the right subforum to put my little practical question.
Does anyone of you know if there are any quiz/trivia associations in Japan?
Belgium (where I'm from) and the UK are pretty fervent 'quiz countries', and last year my husband and some British friends organized the first (well, as far as we know) international quiz championship, with only a few countries participating however. The second edition, in July, will take place simultaneously in the UK, Canada, India, Norway, Holland, Belgium, Malaysia, Singapore... and I'm forgetting a few. We would like to get more countries involved if possible, and I was wondering if you know of any Japanese participating in quizzes (I mean regularly, as a hobby, not on television), or if there's any quiz/trivia association in Japan?

Does this exist at all in Japan? If you have any information, I'd really appreciate!

We also have lots of quiz lovers in Japan.
I don't know if there is nationwide association like you said, but there are a lot of quiz clubs in schools, following is the one at Waseda University.
