animted .gif's

Anyone know of a really good program that will allow you to edit animated gif's property sizes? Thanks.

the animation shop 3 that comes with paintshop pro 7 and 8.01 will allow you to do that. the one that comes with psp8 doesnt have integretion with the paint program so its kinda crappy that way.

Do you know where to get the old one? Is the program still free? It's been years since I've used it.
