American things to order in Tokyo?

I'm giong to Tokyo on a business trip next weekend. I'm very excited but i dont espeically like raw fish sushi. I usually liek the american style sushi like California Roll or Lion King rolls if you guys are familiar with that. Any similar stuff in your ordinary Tokyo sushi shop?

If your business partner asks you where to go and eat in advance, you should tell them that you like sushi, but not much fan of raw fish.
I am 93% sure that they will take you some sushi restaurants famous for nouvelle and creative, sosaku, style sushi restaurants like the sushi you said above.
