It's the same as #1; listing actions/states.
As for #2, the two actions/states must be opposite in meaning in this usage, as in 美味しい vs. 美味しくない in your example.
By the way, 何かタイプすると、間違った事を言ったり書いたりする恐怖があります。 sounds rather awkward without とにかく最近、lang-8で as in the original. (The original itself is still awkward even with that phrase, though.)
