Just wondering... Rising Sun celebration flag, - twenty rays rather than usual sixteen.
Any reason /information on this?... Would be appreciated.

Too many "unauthorized" copies out there to say anything definitively. This would be just another unauthorized copy - maybe made by a school or sports club (at best) or a factory in China (at worst).
