Hi there!

Again, while using Anka I got these two sentences:

私の国について少し話しましょう。

and

今年は雨が少ないです。

My question is, in these sentences are the 少し and 少ない exchangeable?

Another question:

一緒に宿題をやろう。

and

友達を一緒に宿題をした。

やる and する have the meaning? Could I use both for "do the homework"?

Thank you once more.

I can't really answer the first question, but the second I think I can manage
In this case they both mean the same. I do believe however that やる sounds rougher, I think it's a colloquialism.

No. 少し is an adverb whereas 少ない is an adjective.

友達を一緒に宿題をした。
友達と一緒に宿題をした。

No. Those are not always interchangeable. For instance, やる means "to feed", "to send a person", whereas する is "to decide/settle". Plus, やる can't be used for stative or abstract things (e.g. sense, emotion), or set phrases like ~にする, ~とする, besides the tone of the two words that staren-san pointed out.

○損をする
×損をやる

○匂いがする
×匂いがやる

○後悔をする
×後悔をやる
