I have a question.
"Ａpply 10％ frequent customer price reduction."
Does this English sound correct? If so, is this type of English is often seen in ads? How would you say it in normal(?) English?

In an advert, it would say something like
10% reduction for frequent customers.
or probably more likely
10% discount for frequent customers.

is fine in the UK. I agree that 'price reduction' is less likely.
